Solid 7-string, well-packed

I ordered a 7 String Electric Guitar from their Progressive Series. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough; I picked my specs and checked out. It took about two and a half weeks for it to arrive, which was within their estimated lead time, so no surprises there. When it got here, the packaging was robust; came in a good quality Gig Bag inside a very sturdy box, so no damage at all. The guitar itself plays nicely. The Stainless Steel Frets feel smooth, and the action was set up pretty well right out of the box, only needed a minor tweak to my preference. The Humbucker Pickups sound clear and handle high gain surprisingly well. I had a quick question about string gauge before it shipped and their support got back to me within a day, which was helpful. Overall, a good experience and a solid instrument for the money.

Another great guitar

Got my new 6 String Electric Guitar last week. This is my third order from 10s Guitars. Always reliable, always good quality instruments. My Roasted Maple Neck still plays like new, so I expected the same here. Delivery was pretty quick too, got it in about 6 days.

Good guitar, minor issue

I bought a ST Style Electric Guitar with Humbucker Pickups recently. It arrived well-packaged and the finish was really nice, no blemishes. The sound is good for the price point, definitely a step up from some cheaper brands I've tried. Shipping took 9 days to reach me in Texas, which was a little longer than I hoped, but not terrible. The only small gripe is one of the tuners felt a tiny bit stiff at first, but it loosened up after a few uses.
